徒歩で日本縦断の旅 Walking Across Japan 57
Today is the first day I’ve seen thick snow on this journey. I was excited—the main reason I chose Hakuba was because I wanted to see snow and play Yuki no Furu Machi Wo.
Everything was going well, until about two hours before reaching my destination. I got stuck on a snow-covered mountain road. Turning back would have taken six hours, but I couldn’t move forward either—I was trapped.
There were many houses in the mountains, but no one was there. I searched for two hours, and finally found a local grandfather. After hearing my situation, he took immediate action and drove me back to the main road.
